Parkland Health & Hospital System started Community Oriented Primary Care in 1987. These neighborhood health centers, Parkland felt, would give you and your family complete health care near your home. We want to improve your health through high quality, affordable and conveniently located medical care.

Making an appointment:
Our health centers work on an appointment system. However, a limited number of same day and urgent care appointments are available. If you believe you need an immediate appointment, our nurses will screen the call to ensure you are seen as quickly as medically necessary.
